Implants are the newest, most modern way of replacing lost teeth.
With this method a titanium plug is placed in the gum, which is secured by the growth of bone cells in 2-3 months. Then a screw is placed inside the plug and the crown is placed on top.
The procedure lasts about 15 minutes and is less painful than pulling a tooth.
When building a new bridge for the whole mouth, ideally 8 implants on top and 6 on the bottom can be used.
